Roman Mastrangelo got all the glory.

Pablo Podestá, Argentina, february 8.- (Adolfo Carrizo). The 75th edition of the Double Bragado has a new winner, Roman Mastrangelo, U-23 SEC team that broke South Frio all odds in the final stage and kept the West Classic in their diamond wedding.

On Sunday the rain was again the protagonist, the official start was in Alberti with 84 riders and the attacks were not long in coming. Tres de Febrero team tried several times to cut the bunch and thus clear the way in the pursuit of the mesh leader, but could not.

In Suipacha subsidized Walter Perez, Fernando Antogna and Dario Colla, who then left the state for a flu test.

After the scoring gate Sebastian Cancio (SAT), Gonzalo Miranda (Italomat Weber) and Roman Mastrangelo (South Frio SEC) were on the run.

Mercedes sprint first saw Miranda, above Mastrangelo Cancio who prodded meters from the line. But that made no dent in the four-time individual time trial champion.

The final stage was for the Chilean Gonzalo Miranda (Italomat Weber) after 4 hours 41 minutes and 48 seconds, his bodyguards were Cancio and Mastrangelo, who waited impatiently to see the squad get nearly four minutes later, with the difference that would be enshrined.

Roman Mastrangelo, 20, managed well into the history of the event organized by the National Cycling Club, the oldest in the country and gave the SEC the South Frio doublet (in 2009 won with Díaz), was also the best sub 23 overall.

Second place was for Juninense Sebastian Cancio (SAT) and completed the Olympic podium Walter Perez (Tres de Febrero).
